Quinn was the only quest giver before the quest revamp update on August 2, 2018. He was located in the Home World and Space Adventure. He has been removed from the game. Because no other quests were available, he gave out 3 different ones for you to complete, only for the zones he was in.

Gold Digger glitch
There was a glitch that caused the Quest menu to only have the quest "Gold Digger." After opening the Quest menu, every circle that would trigger something (for example, the Shop) wouldn't respond.
